As a partner school within John Taylor Multi-Academy Trust, we are driven by the vision of the Trust:

"We believe in the power of education to improve lives – and the world."

This statement is at the heart of what we do at Rugeley John Taylor School. Built on the site of a former power station, our motto, “Powered by knowledge. Driven by ambition” signifies the importance we place on learning within our school community, and the fundamental belief that knowledge will allow our students to interact with the wider world more fully and be ambitious for their futures.

JTMAT is driven to ensure that its communities can realise their true potential through learning and provides the experiences, resources, structures and systems to enable all learners to engage, all to progress, and all to achieve.
