” It is a privilege and a pleasure to introduce myself as the Head of School for the primary phase of Rugeley John Taylor. I am truly honoured to lead this exciting new chapter as we establish a nurturing, ambitious, and inclusive school at the heart of the community. With over twelve years’ experience in senior leadership — including five as Deputy Head Teacher — I bring a deep understanding of what makes a school thrive: strong relationships, high expectations, and a shared belief that every child can achieve great things.
My passion lies in early education and child development, and I have extensive knowledge and experience across the Early Years Foundation Stage and Key Stage 1. I believe that the earliest stages of learning lay the foundations for curiosity, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning. Through engaging, play-based, and purposeful experiences, we will ensure every child feels valued, inspired, and empowered to reach their full potential.”
